I simply want to write yahoo an email for assistance since the wait times on the phone are approximately 1.5 hours

Please have an email address so that we can contact you regarding issues we are experiencing. I cannot sit on a phone for more than 83 minutes for customer service

    All of a sudden, all my contacts are gone....I had over 1200 contacts in my address book on yahoo and now they are gone and they do not show up in my deleted contact folder. WHERE DID THEY GO?
