I used to be able to type something into search, get a page that had a nice layout of suggestions, and then across the top was things like web, images, local and so on. Now it is down the left hand side. When looking at images now the sizes are all different instead of a uniform size. You are paying people apparently to mess about with stuff that DOESN'T NEED TO BE CHANGED. If it was working why do you ***** with it. God you people are annoying constantly changing things and making them worse, less user friendly and annoying.

Have you ever thought about this...before changing something maybe have a couple thousand users try it out and see if they like it first? I can guarantee that most of the changes you have made in the last year would never have been made and you would not have hundreds of thousands of users moving to another search engine.
