I have used Yahoo Mail for years and years.. and it keeps getting WORSE...!!! I cant make any new contact lists for sending my mail;

I have used Yahoo Mail for years...and lately it keeps getting WORSE..!!
I can't make new contact lists for sending mail to multiple people. Please HELP in this regard. I cant add attachments without losing the subject line..and recipient TO: addresses. What are you doing... ??..!!!
