I've been victim to adware/malware/spyware that changes my browser settings so that my searches are directed to Yahoo! If this is a purposeful business decision on your part, then I think that's a disgusting tactic that needs to be changes. If you don't support it, then I suggest you take active measures to stop people from ruining your reputation. I for one will not be using Yahoo! because of this awful experience; I'm experienced enough to know how to remove the problematic programs, but people like my parents weren't so lucky and have been stuck with this for a long time before I could help them.
