It is impossible to contact you for help. Your help pages take me in circles. You obviously don't need me as a customer.
If you want retention you should make help available. My account has been hacked. My password and alternate email changed. I cannot get help from you. This leaves me no choice but to leave yahoo. I will not open another account with you as you do not offer support.

yep.....i travel all over the world, and this has happened to me twice, where i cant reset my password..........

I never asked to change it in the first place.
