The ad for "Arrest Records" now available is ripe for abuse. "Ashley Madison" is an example. Despite the "disclaimer", "I will not use this to harass or embarrass" that is exactly what will happen. Some people may have made a mistake years ago, or been charged then have the charges dropped.
