I dont understand why we have to contact you in order to make simple changes to fantasy nicknames. I should be able to modify the nickname as I please at any time I wish to do so. No other service online I have ever used forces be to go through support staff to modify a nickname. I understand the need to contain certain slogans or phrases within nicknames but I think you are going a bit far by being this hyper-vigilant about the process. Please provide an alternate way to modify nicknames that is more user friendly and a faster process.
