Not everyone follows sports or sports teams yet Yahoo figures everyone should have it on their home page.
Again Yahoo takes the male position that everyone likes to read the sports scores or sports team on their homepage without being able to block or change the content. Thank you for such a biased opinion.

Closing large ads
We should have the option to not see the large ad after it has been seen once. If I close it, I should not be seeing it AGAIN that day. They are more than annoying and most time interfere with the rest of the page.

Just switched my homepage to Google
I am sooooo sick and tired of waiting for your homepage to load because of the ads or, more typically, hang and then have to recover the page because the ads don't function.
I get the revenue idea but too much of a good thing???!?!? I am no longer going to look at ANY of the ads.656th ranked -

Yahoo has too many ads such as that answer. Which is becoming too irritating.
The answer ads are becoming far too irritating. I am going to not use Yahoo if this continues. I don't have this problem with Google. Or MSN. So is Yahoo so greedy for ad revenue?

here we go again....
Once again, there is a LARGE full-width Macbook ad at the top of my (and your) home page that has no close/minimize button !!! If I am the only user complaining about this, please ignore me. If however many users are complaining please do something about it or put a link near the ad that let's us know how long we will have to put up with this OBNOXIOUS 'feature' of the home page, For example, if your contract with Apple for this Macbook ad runs for another six months, I will leave now and you won't have to worry…

Payload Popup on answers.com
What's with this payload pop-up? It is totally irritating. Continually pops up, even when you try to close it. Have to do a hot shutdown of computer to get rid of it. Keep it up and I'll get rid of yahoo. it's a real pain-in-the-****!

yahoo, you are going to ruin the home page....
i said so many times no need for so many adds, first the home page is going up and down because of your big add above the page, no need to do that, it is useless. second you can not do the browsing with out so many useless adds that are bagging from everywhere, sides, above, below...please think.

So many ads hid as headlines it's deceptive.
The page that opens for these FAKE news stories has so many things on them it kills most systems or hangs them up . Some have three or four video ads all of which just start to play . Anyone using a mobile device is getting charged for all that bandwidth usage

Why am I suddenly getting "F*** me" emails in my spam folder?
I have had my same email for several years and never had a spam problem, until about a month ago. I am getting solicitations for ***, "f me" letter & ads from people I don't even know. Get them out of me emails please!
Where did this **** even come from? And where did they get my email address?
I do not even use the internet much, other than a look up for a recipe or something of that nature.
Also, having problems signing out, due to the ads on the sidebar. Why put any ads? If I want…2886th ranked -

Ads all over the place
I'm sick and tired of trying to read a Yahoo story only to have it littered with ads and large arrows to go to other ads etc. It's confusing. I tried to click a large arrow to go to the next slide in the story and got an advertisement for trucks. The ads on your site are out of control. What a mess.
Fix it or I'll start reading the MSN or CBC for news articles.
