I can sign into my account but my inbox is blank! All teh controls are grey.

Real people on your help desk would be far less annoying!
All my inbox is blank in spite of verifying with two separate email addresses! I am sick of re-confirming my accounts only to be locked out yet again! They are mine! Please fix this!
