  1. Diabolical app update

    I updated the app. Now it no longer opens. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling - opens once, then never again. I have a pretty new phone, surely it can't be difficult for you to make an app that works?

  3. I cannot find on my Yahoo menu for writing an e-mail.

    In the menu I don't find a link to write an e-mail.
    So I need to write an e-mail but can't because no link.

  5. I want English Yahoo NOT French or Dutch!!!

    I want English Yahoo but always get automatically redirected to the Belgian one (in French, must be Dutch) but I want all in English!!!

  8. Missing Mails

    My inbox is not synchronized between mobile apps and web mail. Some emails can only be shown in my mobile apps but not in the web mail. On 14 July 2017, I moved a grouped email into the Archive Folder using my mobile apps. However, that email disppeared suddenly in the Archive Folder. I made two restore requests to the Yahoo Helpdesk on 14 Jul and 21 Jul resepectively but I still can't retrieve back that email. Any help can be offered?

  9. Since your mass hack last year I keep getting "sign-in failure" messages every ten minutes. Can you fix this or shall I get a new provider?

  10. Allow access to mail on Smartphones and tablets

    I am no longer able to access my Yahoo mail on my phone or my tablet. Why not?
