first i am somali young engineer, i have a question for your yahoo company that is : here when i would like to sign up yahoo service i can't

the problem is :
1-when i search my nationality in somalia to there, i didnot get my country name.
2-there is no my country name.
i live in somalia why they should enter my country name?
i want to create a new account of yahoo?

    the yahoo company had been despised our country name.
    you never get your country name, why about that?
    even if it is......................it should be okey by the way they entered Djabouti
