Water and sewage Department in Tehran force the citizens to pay the installation cost of sewage system. The buildings that do not pay the Money, their water system will be CUT. Do everywhere in the world, people are forced to pay for the services that government and municipality and sewage department is responsible for? Why poor IRANIAN people should pay for the sewage installation? So where the oil money does goes? We do not want the sewage that breaks us. We cannot effort it. Poverty is too much in IRAN. The government should budget on the construction not the poor people. Please stop it
