My old yahoo account is associated in my Facebook and Instagram account. Unfortunately, my Instagram acct has been compromised for 2 months now. I can't access it. IG is sending the log in link in my old yahoo account for me to reset my password, however I don't remember my password there even the phone number linked with it is already inactive. Please help. Thank you
