Hyperlink not working in my yahoo email. I am using yahoo mail since 2000, it's almost 14 years. Please give me solution

Yep, unless you manually format the links each and every time using the link icon., they don't work as hyperlinks. My older relatives have no idea that you could cut and paste these to a browser ('what's a browser?) and, indeed, why should they?
It used to work a year or two back.
I refer to desktop-windows versions.
