Functionality in "Manage Locations"
Yahoo users have a list of "my locations" for weather - locations they have used in the past. At the bottom of this list is a "Manage Locations" link. This link currently takes the user to the Preferences page which has nothing to do with weather. The link used to take one to a page where you could delete or add weather locations to the list. Changing it back and giving users that option would be very helpful.

Yes, I have the same problem. the "Manage Locations" link (below the left side list of my cities in the screen "www.yahoo.com/news/weather/") will lead you to a personal/account information screen. There is no where to find a place to add and remove city for the weather.
