    This new Yahoo email version in Windows 10 is terrible!! Very un-user friendly!!
    What happened to the drag an drop for attachments, this BS version makes you attached each item individually...thought updates/upgrades were supposed to make things easier and faster, not slower and less efficient.
    Whoever deployed this BS version should be fired!!
    Go back to the previous version that had useful user options in it!!!!!
    Please tell us/give us the option to go back to the previous eversion!!!

    Im not sure what happened to mail but it takes forever to load using windows 10 ie or firefox...then give a message at the bottom ...load basic mail? Taking to o long...what happened? Can you please fix this!

    I want the old version please!!! Cannot see but 1 or 2 e-mails at a time with this new one. The older was simpler and easier to see several e-mail topics at a glance.

    I am very upset about what I found this morning when I opened my yahoo. Why are you telling us we can not use IE any more?

    when change from windows 7 to w10 my yahoo email info was no longer there and show a message that the inbox was empty.so I do not know where my yahoo email has gone. I tried to get it using the link problems to get the key on phone, which by the way was never sent, with no result I still have my yahoo acct on google chrome. but no longer in internet explorer. I have tried to get it back trying several options and now there is a message that this acct cannot be recove on line any more, so if yahoo cannot help with this in the next few days I just will forget this acct and get one in Gmail.

    The format in my email account has COMPLETELY changed. It's not user-friendly, it looks like "code," and it's not useable. Please restore a user-friendly inbox immediately. I need to have access to my email account for work purposes. This won't work.

    I don't like this new version.

    1. My email address has been changed. It was lemay.fran@yahoo.com before it was changed. I want that back.

    2. All of my contacts' names and email addresses have disappeared.

    3. I had important special folders that have also disappeared. PLEASE RESTORE my old one.

    new is ******* freak can u get back the old version all my contacts and emails got lost... how ******* are u to not being aware us...my gosh!!!!!!!!!!!!
