I think you need to supply people with actual live customer support for problems because, your help section is nothing but run around.
Add contact info (real info) not a 800 # with a recorded message telling you to go to your site for help. Your site is nothing but run around and offers no real help. Especially to people that have had their info hacked or changed making it impossible to fix or do anything you suggest. It's a joke you offer nothing in the form of support but robo responses. Add live chat support. A company this big who has been buying up others services can surely do this and afford it. Show you truly care about the people who use you services and help all that truly need it and been asking to no avail via your impersonal self help site and community forums.

I will be waiting for a live response from an actual human in tech /customer support to this suggestion/idea to be in my email inbox along with real contact info to get ahold of you. So I can regain an email account after being hacked and info changed. I need a response ASAP for I have documents in that account that are needed for court.
