    good morning, our email address is medtroops@yahoo.com but when i send email our recipient name is EMBASSY OF KSA instead of meditroops, how will our email address will be back to meditroops??? please respons ASAP thank you

    I keep getting notifications that "Could Not Sign In" every few minutes. I have changed my password twice. Why does this keep happening ? Is someone trying to get my password to hack my account ??? It's very annoying to hear the alert every few minutes - I can't turn my phone down or off in case one of my 23 grandchildren or my children need me. What can I do ? I don't want to change my email address, all my accounts have this one and it would so be a hassel to change it. What is your recommendation???

    My account has been sending me failure notices and I am not sending the emails. Also I want to change my password on the mobile app and your instructions don't match the icons on my mobile phone.

    My email has been hacked. Pleease respond. ASAP. Since your company cares nothing for its consumers and since I have no other recourse, I intend to file a complaint with the FBI.

    Apparently I received an email from Yahoo telling me my account was hacked in the Netherlands and asking me to change my password. Do I reply to this email and change my password or is this a policy of Yahoo. I've not replied in case this is malicious spam, please help.
