You have upgraded the email system so much that it is no longer user friendly. Back off the upgrading, remove the last upgrade and give me my email back. I have switched back to basic because this new system is too difficult to maneuver. The upgrades you are doing SUCK! and it just looks like someone is upgrading **** to keep their job.
