I have had Yahoo Mail for several years - it is approaching time for a DIVORCE. Yahoo mail is becoming a burden to use. I am sick of it.
Make it "User Friendly" - you are losing clients. When most companies lose clients they make improvements. Once a customer leaves - there is a 99% chance they will never return.
BTW, what genius is distorting your business plan now - maybe you should fire them and improve your core business objectives.
