New webUI is ugly, cannot be themed or customised to not be ugly, is slow, included "features" I have request be removed (like those which scan and categorise my email,group them into the worthless 'views' ...). The webUI needs to present the emails, provide a way of composing them, and allow the USER to manage them (like deletion, making folders or other methods of categorisation). It does NOT need to make many decisions. Mostly do virus, SPAM, and blocked email rejection and apply USER rules/filters.
Just dump THIS new UI and go back to the old "new" UI (or better yet, bo back to the last 'classic' UI as it was better than the current 'classic' UI).

I agree 100% It seems they did this on purpose to force us to change to the new version, which is terrible. You would think Yahoo would want to listen to those of us who have been loyal Yahoo mail users for YEARS!!! Please give us back the original classic mail, now!

Full featured classic email worked well. Yahoo mail is a now a mess and difficult to read. There is no color combination that makes it easy to read.

Why are you ask us to have the Classic Mail like your teasing us then you don't do it at all. Just force this new version where you can't do anything. Enough playing w/ me and teasing me Please can I have the classic mail?

I liked whatever version of email I had this morning at 10;00 a.m. Please tell me how to change it back. And, there is now NO GEAR or Settings option for me to go to!! What the?????

Decided to give New Mail a try. What a mistake. Missing features. Can't even add a new contact from a new email without having to copy and paste or type in the contact. I tried to go back to classic by clicking the "go back to classic" button, it goes to something that looks a little like classic but is not the same. I am so sorry I tried New Mail and will not try it on my other computer. With the word "NEW" you think it would mean improvement, but I this case NO!

Press REPLY and the editor puts everything in some horrible plain text mode, not rich text or HTML. This is unacceptable.

PHOTO ATTACHMENTS are no longer rendered while viewing the email. They have to be saved to be seen, which does not provide good security. Imagine expecting us to save attachments to hard drives without being able to ascertain the risk first!

FORWARDING a piece of email no longer works. It just sends a bunch of odd, text-based code and not the piece of HTML email one intended to forward. This is unacceptable.
