Am unable to send emails since one month, the image does not appear for me to enter to send and email. Please suggest

    Please help me on how to go about this. Iv just changed location from Southern Africa to Saudi Arabia and I have urgent email which I need to send to my family back home but can not get through. I dont want to change any password nor email address!
