allow people who lost their mobile phone to login without the account key
I lost my mobile and I think it is not an event that happens all the time but it happens. I tried to login to my yahoo email account and the sign in prompt keeps telling me to go get the account key from my phone which is lost. I think there should be a way to get back into the account if we can show proof like maybe a police report to allow us to login with password again. My wife's number is 65-88174247.
