    Its just awful, useless, etc. Such a wasted space and ruins my homepage. dont need so much repetitiveness with ads!

    The important thing to do is never use it, never click into the search box. They're probably counting uses while ignoring the prevailing sentiment. All they care about is getting you to use their search bar instead of Google or others.

    Just take me to Yahoo.com or My.yahoo.com for my email. I don't need a search bar.

    This is just added "frills" by Yahoo that have absolutely no reason for being. Bring back the older style which is far more user friendly.

    The new toolbar is duplicative, it wastes space and is downright ugly! Why do you have to mess with things that do not need fixing? If anything make the stupid thing optional.
