I absolutely HATE your new email set up. I find it confusing and it is not user friendly. I will change to gmail if not changed for the bett
I absolutely HATE your new email set up! It is not user friendly and has way too much to read. It is not efficient. If it doesn't change in the very new future or if I can't get it back to the last set up used, I will be leaving Yahoo for Gmail. Your customers should have a choice to keep the old because your new is not always better, like in this case!

I Hate the new email for the same reason I hate G-mail. I find both useless.
I loved the multitasking options, the tabs, and it was quick and just great to work with. I was so happy with my old version , please just switch it back as quiet as we got this new one, without warning, and we will forget this mistake I promise....Please! -

I hope this new version of viewing emails is only a test. I really don't like being referred to as ME. Is there a formula or setting that will restore the old format? Please get us out of this mess ASAP.

I also HATE your new email set up. It "bundles" emails making selection of one I'm seeking very confusing. When I forward an email, it no longer allows me to edit the subject line - very very bad.
You have taken away many composing options - the underline, the text highlighting, for example. Why? I no longer can see how many emails are in my inbox - "99+" means nothing. . . . There are no Font size selection. We need exact font sizes, please. Small Medium & Large does not cut it.If this is supposed to be an improvement, how come I am suddenly limited in my options. I can no longer easily find an email by searching for a subject line. They come back "bundled"
PLEASE GET RID OF THIS NEW SYSTEM - I WANT THE OLD ONE BACK. -

Thank you Anonymous for your work around in the email. This has been most helpful!

I also despise the new email. The fonts are WAY too big. And you can only see the icons if you have your browser set to allow pages to use their own fonts, instead of the ones I choose ( in Firefox). I've gotten along for 10 years using my own fonts (arial) all over the web, til now. I can't understand why you would switch the fonts in email to be so different from the ones you use on MyYahoo.
Also I don't understand why you now have it set for 1 click to open an email. I'm so used to using 2 clicks to see the email in the larger form, and now if I use 2 clicks I'm often sent to the website of the email, which I may or may not want to do.
If you do not allow users choice of fonts soon, I too will be leaving Yahoo email. I can't stand this. Whoever designed this has not had any graphic training. White space is an important tool in design, which is sorely lacking in the new email set up. For users like me with some vision problems (not bad), who need to use a point size like 16 or so, your new email makes it even that much worse.

Font way too large, thick and spaced too close, parentheses numbers mean?............
Can't even see chosen theme behind mail - why bother to have one.
I have my own folders on my mail desktop - don't want yours
