All I get when I open my e-mail is a notice that I need to update Firefox or Safari. The page says to click to do so, yet nothing happens. It's done. I can't even open my e-mail anymore. This is freakin' useless. The worst yet. I'm with everyone else, it wasn't broken, you fixed it and now it's broken.

It is impossible to tell who's on first. Keep each email separate. I hate this! How do you copy only pertinent sections if need. This is just plain awful!! -

I'm trying to keep an open mind. You know, "change is good - you go first" kind of thing? It is really time consuming to get anything to work on my account. The themes aren't working so aesthetically, my email looks haphazardly thrown together, crowded, and visually and functionally unappealing. My old "My yahoo" now redirects to Yahoo Singapore. I'm sure Singapore is nice; I've never been there. But I live in Florida.The email is quite difficult, if not impossible, to read an entire thread. I'm still trying to figure that one out.
I consider myself just a bit smarter than the average bear and I can usually find my way through most new tech stuff. My phone could run the space shuttle and my car is just one big computer that I have to talk to in order to get from point A to point B. But I cannot seem to find any comfort level with the new Yahoo format.
I hope there are a lot of people working to fix this as I'd like to stay a loyal Yahoo user. Please pick up the ball you dropped, dust yourself off, and get Yahoo back on the right track. We're counting on you!

I hate that yahoo email is just like google's. What a way to innovate! I don't find it user friendly to have all my emails related to one conversation grouped together as it takes me forever to get to the particular version of the email I want to read. I can understand the need to want to update things, but copying google isn't the way to go. I could as well switch to google's email.

I've had it. I just tried to email someone a link, clicked send, and assumed it went through so I walked away. A couple of hours later I look at my computer and it never went through because Yahoo says I have to add more text to the email.
Then I tried to download an attachment. I spent about 30 minutes trying to get it to work. So now even the basic email functions aren't working properly. How can a major email provider allow this to happen despite all of the complaints, reviews and articles saying how terrible the new system is?
The only thing keeping me from switching at this point is finding enough time to change everything I have associated with my Yahoo account. Other than that I can't think of a reason to stay with Yahoo. This is incredibly frustrating.

I was looking at some older topics and found this comment from Yahoo:
"We know it’s an adjustment to get started in a new interface, but we think it’s worth it: the new Yahoo Mail is fast, easy to use, and available anywhere."
The problem is that none of these things are true. It's extremely slow, it's not at all user friendly, and it isn't available anywhere because I have constant problems with it on Android. Please either fix it, go back to the old version, or provide us with updates about what's going on. This transition has been a nightmare.

I agree with the destroying my yahoo.mail. Please give me back sort by sender. I get so much spam. I hit the spam button but it keeps coming. How do I report spam or block spam I reported? Very frustrated with new mail. I thought of changing account but I have had this account for years and shouldn't have to change.
