    That's good to know about My MSN as a possible alternative. Yahoo is just circling further & further down the drain. They've got to have about the worst design & usability team for apps & computer/online systems on the face of the earth. How can any one company be so consistently horrendous through so many different exec staff changes. It's unfathomable!

    I am currently exploring MY MSN. Theme options are limited like Yahoo's new page,but no big deal to me. What seems to make their homepage better is the ability to get all those modules back that the old Yahoo had. Also correct weather locations and more. I have only used Yahoo as a homepage but with the current setup it may be time to change, the new page will chase people away. There are better homepages available now that Yahoo screwed the old one up. (Which I liked very much)

    I HATE THIS NEW LAYOUT FOR YAHOO!! I WANT MY OLD LAYOUT BACK!!! I THOUGHT YOU WERE GOING TO MAKE THINGS BETTER!! THIS LAYOUT LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING FROM THE 1970'S!!! IT IS AWEFUL!!! MY OLD LAYOUT LOOK A WHOLE LOT BETTER THAN THIS AWEFUL LAYOUT!!! WHY FIX SOMETHING WHEN IT IS NOT BROKEN!!!

    It amazes me that there has been absolutely no response from yahoo about this issue.

    Why exactly do we subscribers tolerate such lack of customer service?

    It's so hard to navigate e-mail threads now that they're aggregated under one subject line. When I click on my own draft to edit and send, it doesn't open up. I can't select e-mails that I want to copy in a thread to send on or forward. The information feels very unstable. I'm afraid people will be reading e-mails that aren't intended for them.

    As everyone else has said, please go back to what worked so well before!

    As with other sites and companies that upgrade their product to be "better" and "serve" the users, you have failed miserably. Every time I have been forced to "upgrade" something, the things that I liked and that worked well are not in the "upgrade". Very little in the new "upgrade" is of any value.
