Why does the weather now automatically go to a city that is nowhere near where I live? It was working ok when the new page format first started, but now it doesn't. Every time I open a new page, it has this other city as my location. This city doesn't appear in my locations so I can't permanently remove it. What is going on?

Also, the new page still scrambles my modules every time I open the page. There is no way to save my changes. This is a colossal New Coke level mistake. Why aren't you people fixing it????
