Pros and cons:
1-kinda steal my deposit in indirect way. when I first receive the studio, one room, it was not in a great fashion, and I already mentioned that in survey during the first week I live there. when I move out they didnt give me back any penny from my deposit $300, for reason not acceptable
2- what good thing I experience is there are two 'men' work in the office are nice
