Please provide an easier way for accessing my email account. I have tried several times to use your help and talked to many many of your agents yahoo associates for for help retrieving my email, I had my computer updated at Best Buy and my password disappeared. Yahoo wants the front and back of my CA drivers license front and back. I cannot hold my camera still long enough to scan and send pictures. I am a senior citizen and do not have help to do this for me. I have been working on this matter all week. Yahoo does not suggest another way that will work for me. I had my backpack up email at excite.com which is no longer available, I have many records saved.
