   In order to meet the growing demand for virtual spaces,
   increasingly connected to cloud and present solutions
   in the modern day, Qualcomm announced a series of

   New at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2022.

   However, some surprises were anticipated, as is the case
   of the new Snapdragon 7c+ Gen 3 computing platforms and
   Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 — which should further expand the

   Windows reach and support for the ARM RISC architecture.

   More specifically, the Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 was developed
   to deliver cutting-edge performance in the premium lines of
   ultra-thin notebooks and laptops, which do not usually have
   mechanical cooling solutions — like traditional

   fans.

   On the other hand, the Snapdragon 7c+ Gen 3 will reinforce the
   entry systems, featuring advanced
   artificial intelligence 2.0 and an improved connection to

   5G signal frequencies.

   In numbers, the solutions come to represent a
   advance of up to 85% in the performance offered and up
   to 60% in the energy efficiency against x86 architectures

   competitors compared to the previous generation.

   The improvements can be seen in their greatest form
   on the more powerful and robust Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3, which
   also stands out for the debut of the 5 nm lithography

   on Windows platforms.

   During Qualcomm's CES 2022 presentation,
   the company's CEO Cristiano Amon was punctual about

   the importance of the solutions presented in advance:

   "I know there was a lot of skepticism about the transition
   from PC to ARM RISC, but it's happening, it's inevitable",

   he said.

   The bold comment was shared shortly after
   Amon confirm that there are at least around 200 companies
   testing or deploying Windows on
   devices with Snapdragon — highlighting Black Veatch,

   C Spire, Cisco, Lenovo, Verizon and T-Mobile.

   When end users is running a game on a console,
   There are a HUGE amount of files to be DOWNLOADED,

   from the SERVER side to the CLIENT side.

   A files download manager must be provided using A.I. 2.0

   A HYPERVISOR TYPE 3 ( Firmware ) to cope with the x86
   instructions as the EXYNOS 2022 is a RISC, therefore
   the proper x86 need to be translated to the RISC instructions
   before be executed, to reach this goal, we will need a

   DEDICATED LIBRARY to convert from x86 to the RISC.

   A hypervisor enables the host hardware to operate multiple
   VMs independent of each other and share abstracted resources

   among those VMs.

   Virtualization with a hypervisor increases a data

   center's efficiency compared to physical workload hosting.

   YES! We need the 'HYPERVISOR TYPE 3' at the CLIENT side because
   there are a lot of legacy x86 and this could run in a

   motherboard with two RISC processors using the proper library.

   It is a TYPE 3 that mix TYPE 1 and TYPE 2 features as
   this must cope with old x86 legacy from 8088, 80286,
   80386, 80486, Pentium, Pentium II, Pentium III, Pentium IV,
   i3, i5, i7 and the obvius logic way is using a CLIENT
   HYPERVISOR TYPE 3 because there are a DEDICATED LIBRARY
   that is used to do translations from an old x86 instruction
   to the proper RISC instruction that could be executed

   with the EXYNOS 2022 processors.

   In the MAINFRAME SIDE, SERVER, To do this the A.I. 2.0
   is needed to identify the kind of instruction that will
   be run. And as we have two kinds of instructions that are

   RISC or x86 to be executed.

   I suggest to use the two first bits to classify the kind

   of the source code that was the origination.

   If the first bit is zero 0 to this is an old x86 instruction
   and it need translation to the RISC and the HYPERVISOR TYPE
   3 must recognize it and distribute the task to a translator

   program to convert to the RISC PATTERN in order to be executed.

   if the first bit is one 1 to this is a RISC instruction
   so this could be running as if it is RISC and this is a RISC
   processor, there are RISC x RISC, and the library is of a

   kind dedicated to the RISC ONLY.

   00 = x86 instructions set -- PC Legacy --
   01 = x86 instructions previously converted to any RISC from APPLE
   10 = RISC from any else kind of RISC processor that is not SAMSUNG

   11 = RISC from EXYNOS 2022 and could run as EXYNOS 2022 native.

   The CLUSTERS in the [SERVER SIDE] can convert x86 from 00 to 01
   from PC x86 to an 'APPLE RISC' using a previous processing in

   the SERVER SIDE, and send it away to the CLIENT side.

   Also the LIBRARIES of the [SERVER SIDE] is so so so so so much
   more BIG than our small 2 TB of any SSD storage. The CLIENT
   HYPERVISOR needs to recognize as soon as possible the kind
   of the code that is entering and do LOCAL CONVERSION to the

   EXYNOS 2022 could perform and execute "RUN IT"...

What Journalism school did you go to? I learned more in my High School journalism class than I see what today's journalist call writing! I'm ALWAYS seeing misinformation like you all don't check your sources, as well as, misspellings, etc... Really throws off the focus of an article when there are huge mistakes in them!    Considering that the "YAHOO!" is a worldwide brand mark, so we could use the brand doing a game console. Let's use a proper motherboard, specially designed to the task, using two Samsung Exynos 2200 processors. With a 2 Terabytes SSD. And with the 6G using 1 THz band in mind. For now we shall use the old 5G and 4G cell telephones lines. The reason is that 6G is being thinked now and we need a plus powerfull processing power than the PS5 or MS XBox cannot deliver. With the 6G we will have to cope with download of a lot of files and today's telephone lines cannot deliver. Consider the usage of the IEEE 1914.3 standard for the DOWNLOADING and UPLOADING files as we must have the best tool for packing/unpacking data files with audio, video, math instructions, and else on. O.S. we could use the Windows 11 for ARM (RISC). I consider that there are no problems that the games are made using X86 instructions instead RISC instructions as these X86 instructions could be find in a LIBRARY (dependencie) and be converted from X86 to the RISC instructions to be executed. And the usage of the CLIENT-SERVER model. As in the client side is the end user that is playing the game, and in the other side is the SERVER in a datacenter running the instructions. X86 instructions must be converted to the RISC and this could be done using a LIBRARY in the SERVER side. We downloaded a lot of files to the END USER but to reach this goal we must write the best tool for the PACKING-UNPACKING the downloaded files. I see no reason to put a BLUE RAY player as the acquisition of the game title is in the CLOUD, using the CLOUD, the end user enter in the cloud and acquire the desired title. This console will need to connect directly to a SMART TV using the HDMI 2.1 so need to have two HDMI 2.1 doors. O.S. we could use the Windows 11 O.S. or any LINUX o.s. available or both the O.S. as per the end user choose from a menu [ 1 - Windows or 2 - Linux ] the desirable O.S. he/she wants to run. Yes; the processor Exynos 2200 is RISC but using the LIBRARY for converting from X86 to RISC the instructions that are X86 could be translated to the proper RISC instructions as per a pre-defined job. We must to think in advance and provide the next gen game console that will use the CLIENT-SERVER model.

    So many of the political stories on your website, even those published directly by Yahoo news, are very one-sided in their reporting. It is extremely dishonest to not allow any kind of response to this. There are examples of this on both sides. However, the one story that put me over the top, where I will likely no longer be visiting Yahoo for my news briefs, was the story about Republican representatives 'skipping' the Covid relief bill to attend CPAC. What is largely ignored throughout the article is that Democratic representatives adjusted the schedule of the vote to coincide with CPAC on PURPOSE to create this kind of backlash. There was one quote from a representative that alluded to this, but other than that, in 22 paragraphs of the story, it was ignored. This kind of one sided reporting is outrageous. And it is quite 'coincidental' and convenient that commenting is disabled on trashy articles like this.

    So many of the political stories on your website, even those published directly by Yahoo news, are very one-sided in their reporting. It is extremely dishonest to not allow any kind of response to this. There are examples of this on both sides. 16. Screen the comments section more and flag racist and blatantly hurtful comments. Yahoo Entertainment is flooded with these type of comments

    1st offense gives a warning. 2nd offense bans the individual for a week. 3rd offense bans them for life! The racists comments need to stop!

18. I agree with the item about the "Underground Railroad" we have fallen down on the job

    of educating our Citizens from the very beginning ot our education. That
    should be the first place we start. I have been commending on this for
    quite some time. We have 2 enormous gabs in our education and our
    history books. What I have been recommending would be to start the
    history of our Country from the beginning of the WHITE SETTLERS
    decided to sail here and make this country their home. We need to hear the entire history of what happened first off our dealings with the
    American Indians who had been here for centuries before the White
    Settlers arrived. We have yet to face up to what we did to the residents
    of this country.first off and than what went on from there. The first slaves I believe any how were brought in in the 1600's so this entire
    history should be intertwined together and laid out to be a chronicle
    of what this country endured. But until we are ready to stand up and
    admit in both our failures and successes, will we ever be able to start
    to change once we atone to everything. It will not be easy but we owe
    it to ourselves and every single citizen of this country.

20. I felt that Oprah's interview was inappropiate especially bringing up a bunch of

    racist marlarkey. Harry's wife has been doing everything possible to get
    the most attention she can and what a great time to bring this up when
    Harry's Grandfather was on his deathbed. This was way off base and I
    hope Oprah rethinks what she does in the future to be entertaining.
