There are certain situations in which a user needs to reactivate their disabled email. For instance, my email was disabled due to inactivity. However, I used this email address. vlairson@yahoo.com to set up a new Microsoft account. Microsoft used that email address to send me a code so I could open an account. The code, however, was sent to this email address which I later discovered was inactivated . There needs to be a way to remedy this problem. If I just set up a new account, it still leaves the problem with Microsoft in that I cannot change that email please help.
