What sort of a frustrating, TOTALLY POINTLESS "Help" function, after supplying our email address and selecting "Talk to a Yahoo specialist" repeatedly returns us to the previous screen?
What sort of a totally USELESS "Help" service repeatedly tells us our account "cannot be found"???
Disgusted with Yahoo's uncontactability and constant changes to format, leading to unnecessary inconvenience for its users. >|<
WHY, after already signing in, do I have to sign in again, to post this requested message???
Also, how OBVIOUS is the inconsistency that requires us to SIGN IN... when the reason for coming to "help" in the first place was because our original attempt to sign in was rejected by Yahoo?
And now that I HAVE signed in... again... my attempt to post THIS feedback is constantly being blocked by a requirement to sign in. Are you web programmers chimpanzees paid with over-ripe bananas... or deliberate, sadistic fiends?
I will now ATTEMPT to sign in... AGAIN... and see if your non-functional, feedback-BLOCKING feedback page will work.
