I am writing to urgently report a serious issue with missing incoming emails on my Yahoo Mail account.
Over the past week, several important emails sent to my Yahoo address did not reach my mailbox. Most critically, I was expecting an official email from Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières) regarding my final acceptance for a medical position. Unfortunately, this email never arrived.
To verify the issue, I conducted multiple test emails sent from my friends’ email accounts to my Yahoo address. Out of several messages sent, only one was delivered successfully. The remaining emails did not appear in the Inbox, Spam, Trash, Archive, or any other folder. There are no active filters, blocked addresses, or forwarding rules on my account.
I respectfully request that you perform a server-side review and recovery of all incoming emails to my account over the last seven (7) days, to identify whether any messages were rejected, filtered, quarantined, or dropped before reaching my mailbox. Recovering these messages is critical, as failure to receive them may result in the loss of my new position as a physician.
