  15. The new format is much worse than the old format.

    Reinstall the "slider" at the top. It provided a quick review of new news items. Improve the organization of the news selections. For example, currently when selecting "Europe" under "world news" there are numerous unrelated "news" articles.

  17. FIX THIS!!!!

    when you click to read an article and go back to the home page ALL the articles are re-listed in a different order EACH time which requires you to go back over everything you have just reviewed. this is a complete waste of my(the readers) time. either fix this or loose another loyal (soon to be ex) user. also this NEW homepage format which requires you to scroll through every article in the format is terrible. Go back to your format which show the articles in sets of 5 so a person can quickly and efficiently review the days news…

  19. Go back to how you had it. No one can make since of it. Who can make sense of this.

    There are seniors out there who use the computer to keep in touch with their families. The families today, don't know how to write letters anymore. Machines have taken over. Then you get people to change the formats. Where do you sign in, how do you check the mail. Seniors take time to learn the format, then some smart a__ changes it. No warning. Like I said, this is their ONLY comunaction with their families.
