  4. Why ruin your brand with an un-userfriendly home page?

    My wife is begging me to change our home page and her email. After Yahoo changed its email, she wanted me to change hers. Now she's insisting! Our kids changed theirs already... Losing users!!!

    Your new home page sucks. It adds nothing, but makes it harder to use and navigate. And to what purpose? It does not improve anything, just gives me one more reason (like spying on my email content) to get more serious about finding a new home page and regular main site.

    Question: How can we improve Yahoo? Maybe you should have asked that question before you obliterated what you already had and the reason most use Yahoo in the first place ? DUH. Obviously, someone at the top didn't earn their job and lack basic business skills. One doesn't invest, restructure nor introduce a product unless there are assurances that it is needed and is going to be well received.   18. Give the users more control over the appearance of the new Yahoo site

    New site needs flexibility for the users.. I need to adjust it so I am not looking at a load of trending now junk etc etc. You need to fix it. You are making Google very happy.
