  9. Let me use my id and password to login to my email account. I have had to change the password 4 days straight and now the 5th won't work.

    Customer service is terrible. You can't explain your problem and have it fixed on the internet. I have tried to log in to my email account for 5 consecutive days and have had to change my email password every time in order to get in. I don't want to change it every day and if you don't get the problem fixed immediately I will be forced to change my email and never come to the yahoo site again. In addition I will be forced to post my comments on several websites about the lack of customer service.

    I enjoy visiting your site to read the stories you put up on the homepage. However, I would visit more often if you solved this problem: a lot of times when I click on a story, I read it then click the back button,but it doesn't let me resume the progress I made in the story succession. So if I hit the back button while reading story 57/100 it will start me over at 1/100. Pretty annoying if you ask me. And no its not my device.
