Get rid of this godamned irritating format that you imposed, with out asking your customers, upon us all. I am about to give up on you.
You people are autocratic morons and deserve to suffer from terminal hemorrhoids. Don't change format without thinking; ask your customer base BEFORE not after; have repsoect for your customers.
