  6. I've been unable to access my Yahoo Mail for 4 days straight, now. Error 999 msg.

    Phone Help disconnects me, consistently, after a long wait. Why can I not get any real help? Why are there no posted notices, on the home page, about this issue with Yahoo Mail?

    This new home page sucks. I will quit using Yahoo as My homepage, email & I will definitely not be paying for any web advertising. This new page is a complete clusterfuck. Back to MSN & Google I go.

  8. This new format is horrible. Change it back to the old homepage.

    Why did Yahoo change the homepage format? I can't find my local weather, and this new page is pushing me toward the articles that YOU want me to read. I can't find anything on this homepage anymore. Terrible Homepage! Too busy!
    CHANGE IT BACK TO THE OLD FORMAT. CLEARLY I'M NOT THE ONLY PERSON THAT FEELS THIS WAY. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK. At least give us the option to keep the old homepage format.
