Too bad Yahoo is ignorant. HOW ABOUT EVERYONE HERE THAT IS UPSET WITH THIS NEW FORMAT FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU OF SAN JOSE?? THAT SHOULD GET YOU PEOPLE A BETTER RESPONSE. I certainly did it just last week and got a call immediately the next day. I will be filing a BBB complaint again today for their **** business practices.

  6. The "sign out" button scrolls into view as I try to click on "Mail" and because of the lag, I end up signing myself out instead.
