2 years before I come to Hayat, my meds was delivered to me on time every month on the 4th each month. Goddam, when I went to Hayat Pharmacy, they split up my meds to point I get 2 or 3 on the 1st of the month; 1 or 2 in the middle of the month; and the rest at the last of the month. My co-pay is pre paid...**** Hayat, I Hate those ********.

I have come here ever sense it has open. I have watched the employees service change big time! they hangout...talking not really very fast on their feet. Tonight I ordered my usual salad with chicken. First while i'm standing in line...I'm watching the gal who is cutting the meat cut some and put in her mouth and eating right there while cutting. No washing her hand! Then the guy who was waited on me was pretending he was busy but didnt really do much. This was the worst salad I ever had come out of here! It was drenched in dressing, he didn't know what he was doing or just didn't care. Then he goes in the back while there is a line and I stand and wait for a darn salad while the one girl who is checking out was multi tasking and the guy was no where...I'm disapointed in how the restaurnt is going down with employee's!

217-823-4851 is not this companies number, It hasn't been for almost a year now. I would really appreciate it if they'd change the number. If the company is still in business this is kinda tacky that they leave it out there for people to try and get a hold of them instead I get pointless texts asking for tree services and no matter how many times I decline it, The service calls/texts still come to my phone.
