filter sources
Please allow us to filter news sources so were not force-fed biased news pieces. Thank you
Hi,
Thank you for your feedback on this. Our product team has added a feature that will allow you to see less of the publishers that you don’t want to see on your Yahoo Homepage Newsfeed. The steps to do so can be found here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/homepage/sln29105.html

Yahoo used to give us the option to block certain stories or subjects. Any way to get that back? I'm sick of scrolling through "news" where I have to see a Kardashian or Jenner or Beiber or Ariana Grande or.... well... you get the idea, about every other story. There are, no exaggeration, at least 10 stories on your page every day, that are about the above subjects, and I'm really sick of it. Any way to block there that i'm not aware of, or something we can consider going back to? Please?

Allow customers to block unwanted news sources. Many of the sources on the Yahoo news feed publish false and sensational "news." I see that this question has been asked by many others but no adequate answer has been given. It should be clear to you that this is what your customers want. We don't want to block news by topic We do want to be able to block news by the source.

How can I block a specific website that always appears on your home page? Btw the comments posted on the articles from this particular site bring out hate and vitriol. I have used Yahoo for 20 plus years but I do intend on finding a new home page that reports the news with a non- biased ***** which, unless you are not a news site, is what YOU should be doing! If you are no longer a news site and claim to actually be a propaganda machine please post this on the top of every yahoo page.

We are tired of having to see who's fake ***** are being featured in what magazine. Can celebrity or the like be cancelled from our yahoo home page?

Hint - it's about $$$. Yahoo is more interested in the money than they are for holding news sources accountable to not mislead, and not lie. If you have the money, Yahoo will take it.

I am recommending rsbn.tv as a possible news source. They cover news stories with no bias. They are funded by the public and allow the people to communicate with them. I watch them all the time for my news source.

Yahoo needs to allow you to choose which news sources are displayed when you login. This can't be too hard to code. GET TO IT!

Why don't I have the option to remove your fake political news and click-bait articles from my feed?
