HEY, I ALREADY READY THROUGH ALL YOUR 'HELP'. NOTHING WORKS! Can I actually get some REAL customer support? You're a multi-billion dollar entity -- surely you can afford a few agents who actually COMMUNICATE with people.
y nickname/displayed has changed to my real name. No changes work.
Suddenly name real name is appearing on all my comments. I tried changing my first name, still doesn't change. My nickname hasn't changed. What is going on?
