Better Customer Support
Nowadays, it seems as if people are always having problems with certain applications or programs. In today's society it is easy to use automated voice systems when dealing with customer support issues. I feel that it would be to your benefit to reduce the amount of automated voice and replace it with a real human being when people call about problems that they are having. I understand that you do use real people in certain customer support instances, but it takes a long time before actually being connected to a human. I once needed help with my yahoo account because I was locked out for some reason, so I called customer support and waited hours to be connected to a real person. Using a voice over technology is okay, but try to minimize the amount of it. Also, make sure customer support employees are given adequate training in dealing with customers and their issues.
