Have a "Did we get this wrong?" button on comments that are flagged.
When posting comments on an article, and if the AI auto-moderator thinks it detected a bad word there should be a "Did we get this wrong?" button like Twitter has. Once clicked your comment should go to a HUMAN moderator for review where it can be either approved or rejected. Getting harder to post anything without the AI getting things wrong.

yahoo doesnt have a comment section. The comment section you are talking about is from Openweb. Completely different company. Yes, its garbage, and letting them know about it doesnt do any good. Ive tried, they just ignore you. They do have both a facebook and a twitter account if you want to try, but its a waste of time.
Go to the bottom of any comment section or to the bottom of the email notifications if you get them, click on their name (its an imbedded link) then when their corporate page opens, you will see the twitter, facebook, and a couple other platforms icons at the bottom of the page that will take you to their media accounts. There is no way to contact anyone on their corporate page. Dont expect anything from them, you will just be disappointed.
