Provide a support number for a team that is not going to continue to read off queue cards and listen to the caller without interrupting.
I have been dealing with support for 4 days now and every time I call all the person can do is read their scripted answers and does not provide any support. If all they are is a middle man and can't help with basic questions are support a way to resolve the issue they should not be answering the phone!!
