your feedback page is lame and that is mildly putting it. This one here and on the comment section, no one ever replies back to you.
Have your people actually should respond to complaints when you receive feedback from the comments? Requiring an email is ridiculous when you don't get a reply. Your home page, why all the videos all of a sudden? Where are the articles? I don't want to watch a video, I want to read the news.
