The new format sucks!!!!!! If I can't switch back I will find a new homepage.
Allow the customers to switch back. There is not one post here or on the net that says that someone likes the new format
Thank you for the feedback! We do have an option to revert back to the previous version. At the top of the page you should see a purple banner. Within that banner you would need to click on "Old Version" or you'll see an option saying return to yahoo.com. For additional support please visit help.yahoo.com

I've been using My Yahoo almost since its inception, and have been happy with the it. I've saved 50+ bookmarks on my homepage when I first customized it. However, the new format came up today (Dec. 10) and I no longer have access to my bookmarks, can no longer access My Yahoo. The customer service rep I spoke with tried for over an hour to help me retrieve my bookmarks, with no success (the new format is not customizable at all, no option to place "bookmarks" on homepage). I am extremely frustrated, I can no longer access work, home, bills, favorite restaurants, etc. without doing a browser search. The rep said the new format is not even fully ready yet. It is bad business to take away the old format without having the new one ready to go yet. If I try to access My Yahoo, it takes me straight to the new format. Please continue to allow access to the old format, or put an option in the new one to create bookmarks (not the ones at the top that are 'starred', but one where many can be stored).

It has worked good for a long time, but you have let it deteriorate while you where trying to ruin it. It is of no value to me the way you have changed the site. I will try again tomorrow to see if you have come to your senses. Then I am gone. Whoever came up with this scheme should be fired.

The new format is horrible. Probably enough people won't complain, but I will have to find another place to go. Cannot stand the busy home page. I liked My Yahoo because I could customize it for news feeds that interested me, and my portfolio was right there all the time.
Major mess Yahoo. I think you will regret your decision. -

I hope yahoo reads these comments because they are driving people away with this new ad and news sponsored format. Not one good comment about it. Wake up yahoo!

I have been with my.yahoo almost since the beginning. This new format is intrusive and lacks any kind of customization. My pages are now scattered and I am required to click on links for what I used to see on the home page. I will be looking for an alternative to Yahoo.

your old homepage was wonderful. it allowed us to enter the news sources we wanted plus list our portfolio. The new one is terrible.

I do NOT!!!! like new format at all. Why change? If something is working good, is not broken, then DON'T FIX IT!!! Change just for the sake of change is ,to put it mildly, STUPID!!!! Who ever this idea was, you should consider getting rid of him or her.

WTH is this new format BS? I use yahoo as my home page because it's simplistic. I have the search engine, my email, and my bookmarks. All the other bs is deleted. I want the old format back!

Please bring back the old MyYahoo. I hate this new homepage. It is way too busy, not customizable. If this continues to be the option, i will find a new homepagee and will be deleting my Yahoo account.
