  2. Responded, reviewed, gathering information are misnormers

    How can Yahoo be so pompous to list responded, reviewed, gathering information, etc as answers to problems that have never been fixed! So far I have looked at all the ones that apply to me and there is misinformation, lies and deceits being perpetrated by Yahoo. You haven't done anything to fix the problems that users tell you over and over and over again have not been fixed! Are you idiots THAT DENSE? I think the vote has come back and yes you are!

    How about instead of community feedback we can actually speak to a real person, email, phone call WHATEVER. I'm having a lot of issues here and there's literally not one thing on this website that has pointed me in the right direction what so ever ? Because yeah this website blows.

  10. I'm having **** trying to recover an old account.

    I'm trying like crazy to recover my old account. I no longer have access to the cell phone I have attached to the account. It seems a little ridiculous that the only method of verification is a phone number. Is there any way to help me out. I want to get into my old Flickr account to add more too it.   11. Why did yahoo remove my post "VOTE November 6th Midterms" after I complained to Yahoo about death threats received from a guy named "Ray"

    Please explain why my post that merely stated "VOTE November 6th Midterms" was removed after I complained to Yahoo about death threats being posted by a guy under the name "Ray"... my post had acquired a couple of hundred 'thumbs-up' in just a couple of hours and was also receiving the usual 'conservative' responses... however once the person named "Ray" posted his threats... and I reviewed his previous posts and pointed out to Yahoo that he has been advocating "Shooting thousands of Liberals" for several months without Yahoo turning him in to Law Enforcement and allowing his posts to remain...…

  14. so I cannot get into my yahoo account I have had for 15 years unless I accept your new terms of privacy (or actually lack of therof)?

    allow people to get into their email to close it down rather than lock them out til they sign a new policy by accepting. when reading your policy, you must have been watching facebook at congressional hearings and thought you need to get ahead of it for yahoo.

    I am extremely upset! I have spent the last 45 minutes trying to access the "contact us"link, every time I sign in and then verify i am not a robot it asks me to click an option as to why i am requesting support. I click on this and it sends me to an article. There is not a single place to just send an email to someone or request someone contact me. I cannot even request support at all.
