Better Customer Service

I am extremely upset! I have spent the last 45 minutes trying to access the "contact us"link, every time I sign in and then verify i am not a robot it asks me to click an option as to why i am requesting support. I click on this and it sends me to an article. There is not a single place to just send an email to someone or request someone contact me. I cannot even request support at all. It is just a constant "was this article helpful" "try this forum" ! I would like to speak to a real person! not an article, not a forum of other experiencing the same issue or not experiencing the issue, but a real person. It should not be this difficult to ask for support from such a large company and provider.
